Mechatherm is a privately owned company with owner directors who are fully qualified and experienced thermomechanical engineers. The absence of parent companies, shareholders or other third parties enable active, unhindered and efficient roles in the companies activities. They are backed by a modern office environment with the latest in office technology and procedures. With a long standing commitment to quality, Mechatherm was certified with ISO9001 in 1992 and has further improved on this with a fully comprehensive Total Quality Management program and ongoing implementation of the Investors in People scheme.
The company has continually prospered, developing world-wide clientele and expanding the product range into the specialised areas of air recirculated aluminium heat treatment and aluminium melting and holding furnaces together with our own vertical DC casting machines and also extrusion furnaces for brass and copper.
Additionally, we have recently started an exciting new joint venture with the UK firm Jesse Brough Metals for equipment to reclaim Aluminium from dross. This equipment is available in several modules of various sizes and can be custom engineered to suit the precise quantities and qualities of dross to be recycled. All enviromental regulations are comfortably met and the system is well proven to reclaim the highest levels of aluminium and other products from the dross. We are currently engineering a standard range of plant sizes to cater for different outputs and we will me happy to send further information on the levels of investment required, running costs and investment payback time if required.
