Sulphur Content of Liquid Fuel - 12 March 2007
The Sulphur Content of Liquid Fuel Regulations will make it an offence to burn gas-oil with a sulphur content of greater than 1% from January 2008. One example of a fuel that is likely to affected is that which is used for stand-by generators - this fuel currently has a higher a higher sulphur content and replacement compliant fuel will not be available until late 2007!
